Please note that the price includes the following:
  • The cost of the permanent licence (only a few documents need to be completed — we will email these to you).
  • Required documentation, including:
    • Council application
    • Risk assessment
Please be advised that booths are only secured once the deposit has been received.
Failure to make full payment prior to the event will result in the loss of both the booth and the deposit paid.
Failure to complete and submit the required documents will also result in the loss of the booth and deposit.

Booking your booth

Choose your booth option on the booking page and complete checkout to request your space. Please review all listing details before booking. Your reservation is subject to availability and confirmation.

For artists

Upon acceptance of your booking form, a non refundable 50%
deposit per Artist is required to secure your place at the show. The
remaining balance will be due 3 months before the event. 

we will need a copy of your local licence and public
liability insurance once we have received your deposit. 

What to expect

Booths will be 2.5m x 2.5m and will include electricity, A table for your display, 1 Artist lanyard, 1 helper lanyard, 2 Bottles of water, access to a hand wash basin, consent forms, Clinical Waste bin, sharps bin and a goody bag.

All equipment provided will be assigned to each booth. When
booking multiple booths equipment will be doubled, tripled ect.
